To calculate shipping charges, we selected to use a flat table rate model rather that a per-item, weight-based program that we feel, can unfairly inflate your shipping fees. When shipping your order, we make every attempt to ship it as economically as possibly for you. This may include manipulating the product packaging, the carton bundles or consolidating products into one mixed product carton. Many times, we absorb some of the UPS shipping costs for you!

*Our shipping charges are estimated and subject to change based on courier surcharges, weight, geographical location, carton size and pallet size orders*. We will gladly ship orders to any business or residential address, however, residential deliveries are subject to additional UPS charges/surcharges-this may include business addresses deemed residential by UPS. These changes are often incurred during order processing and will not be reflected on your shopping cart invoice. For air shipping, inside deliveries, drop shipping, C.O.D.'s, P.O.D.'s, etc., please phone MDS toll-free.

We ship most orders via UPS ground. If you have a UPS account and prefer to have your order ship collect, we will waive our shipping fees. LTL service is also available. Shipping is limited to the continental United States.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 1-7 business days.  Delivery times vary by geographical location and by the service levels set forth by the carrier.

Drop shipping services are available for individuals or organizations that meet our criteria. We want to protect your business-please feel free to request discreet shipping and packaging and of course, we can incorporate any paperwork you desire. Please contact MDS with your requirements.
