Shipping:All orders are shipped UPS Ground service or in certain cases, via common carrier. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed of courier. Typically orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. If you have a time sensitive order please notify us by phone or email so that we make arrangements to accommodate you. Rather than charge our customers a shipping charge for each parcel or line item, we charge a single flat fee that may vary slightly from the cart total based on weight, destination, number of pieces, etc. To save on shipping expenses, we box and or strap items ordered together when we can that ultimately reduces your transportation costs. Next Day Air shipments are available for an extra charge-please contact MDS for a cost at 1-800-274-4637. Should a shipment arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Sorry we do not offer weekend delivery or shipping to a Post Office box. UPS service charges (COD's, Fuel Surcharges, Call-Tags, Residential Rates, etc) are subject to change and may differ from cart total.

Returns:All items are guaranteed against manufacturer defects and will be replaced at no charge when deemed defective by the manufacturer. If you have purchased a product from MDS and it does not perform to your expectations we will provide an exchange for a similar item, or credit your account. All returns must have prior authorization-please contact MDS for a Return Goods Authorization number. In order to keep our prices low, returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to 25% restocking charges, all shipping charges and a UPS call tag fee for each parcel being picked up. All items must be returned in their original packaging and be in a clean and salvageable condition. MDS cannot accept for return: special ordered items, worn, stained or laundered clothing, partially used or opened product, products past expiration date. To avoid returns, please contact us for a sample beforehand.
