Keep in control of contaminants and particulates in your cleanroom with our cleanroom vinyl tape. This pigmented vinyl tape is specially processed to be used for cleanroom applications. Our tape has a long shelf life, is abrasion resistant and resistant to most solvents. The tape will be wound on a 3" plastic core and is individually packaged in a heatsealed polyethylene bag.
All rolls are 36 yards in length and are available in 1" or 2" thick size.
Adhesion: 30 ounces/inch² (Stainless Steel Method #psct-1)
Tensile Strength: 15 lbs /inch (cross direction)
Thickness: 5 mils (nominal)
Elongation: 150% at breakpoint
Water Vapor Transmission Rate: 3.5 grams H20 / 100 inch² /24 hours
Temperature Range: 40° F -170° F
