Emerald 6-inch wooden applicator with virgin cotton tip is popular for medical, electronics and industrial applications. Swabs are ideal for use in bacteriology labs for inoculating broth and plated media, and obtaining culture specimens. They are also useful for cleaning delicate laboratory instruments.
