Many nitrile gloves are dispensed from cardboard boxes. Each time a glove is pulled through the dispenser opening, friction creates fiber shed and particle contamination. Those particles or particulates transfer directly onto the glove surface and into the air—exactly where sensitive regulated processes take place such as  laboratories, automotive paint lines, pharmaceutical, biotech research facilities, aerospace, electronics and semiconductors, circuit board, healthcare (USP 797), and biomedical device manufacturing operations.

The TechNiGlove Rival® CP 400 single-use cleanroom nitrile glove is engineered specifically to address the contamination risks associated with boxed gloves—while delivering superior comfort, durability, and value. Unlike standard boxed nitrile gloves, CP 400 gloves are clean-processed and sealed in poly bags, with 200 gloves per bag and 2,000 gloves per case.  The Rival® clean packed latex-free glove is suitable for ISO 7 (Class 10,000) defined cleanrooms and pairs seamlessly with existing PPE such as lab coats, bouffant caps, and shoe covers.
