The Ansell AlphaTec™ Breathable FR Coverall 66-657 is a high-performance, reusable protective garment designed for workers who may encounter chemical splash, flash-fire, and hot-liquid hazards. Combining flame-resistant materials with a breathable construction, this coverall provides multi-hazard protection while helping improve wearer comfort and reduce heat-stress risk during demanding work applications.

The coverall features chemical splash-resistant fabric that provides protection against chemical splashes. Its flame-resistant material is designed to resist flash fires and hot liquids and help prevent sparks from igniting flammable materials.

For enhanced protection against chemical sprays, the AlphaTec™ 66-657 incorporates stitched and taped seams and double front storm flaps to provide leak-tight protection. A flame-resistant heavy-duty zipper and hook-and-loop fastenings at the legs and cuffs help provide secure closure and additional coverage.

The garment is constructed with a white Nomex® inner layer, breathable membrane, and blue Nomex® outer layer. The 280 gsm fabric provides a balance of protection and wearability for industrial applications.

Updated Chemical Protection Information

The updated material continues to provide protection against more than 70 hazardous chemicals. However, the material did not pass penetration testing for the following chemicals and is not recommended for use where exposure to these substances may occur:
