The Ansell HyFlex™ 11-812 is an ultra-thin, light-duty industrial glove designed for applications where workers operate specified rotating tools and need a glove that can tear if it becomes dangerously entangled. Unlike conventional work gloves designed primarily to remain intact, the HyFlex 11-812 uses a specialized knit construction intended to help reduce the risk associated with glove entanglement in qualifying rotating-tool applications.

The glove features an 18-gauge nylon and spandex liner that provides a lightweight, flexible feel while maintaining excellent tactile sensitivity. Its thin construction is particularly useful for precision handling, final assembly and applications involving small components where hand dexterity is important.

A foam nitrile palm coating provides grip while maintaining the glove's lightweight profile. The white coating and knitted construction provide a practical combination of handling performance and comfort for industrial and assembly environments.

The HyFlex 11-812 incorporates ZONZ™ Comfort Fit Technology, which is designed to reduce stress and tension while improving comfort and dexterity. ERGOFORM™ Ergonomic Design Technology further supports the glove's ergonomic fit for extended workplace use.

The glove is also DMF-free, latex-free and silicone-free. Ansell states that it is Dermatest-approved and OEKO-TEX® certified. These features make it suitable for workplaces where skin comfort and material considerations are important.
