PIP® 9150-40PYRV Arc Flash Kit with Fan and PYRAD® Fabric by GORE-TEX LABS® - 40 cal/cm²

Designed to meet Hazard Risk Category 4 Requirements

The PIP® 9150-40PYRV Arc Flash Kit with Fan and PYRAD® Fabric by GORE-TEX LABS® is designed to provide comprehensive protection for workers exposed to high-energy arc flash hazards. The complete kit delivers PPE 4 protection with an ATPV rating of 40 cal/cm², making it suitable for demanding electrical safety applications.

The garments are constructed using advanced PYRAD® fabric by GORE-TEX LABS®, featuring a three-layer laminate technology designed to help block heat during an arc exposure.

The kit includes a lift-front arc-rated hood, jacket, bib overall, safety glasses, hard hat, carry bag, and dual fan system. The lift-front hood features a flip-up design for convenient access, an impact-resistant shield, permanent anti-fog properties, and integrated airflow. The jacket is designed with an ergonomic and breathable construction to support movement and reduce fatigue during extended use.

For additional comfort, the included dual fan provides approximately 5–30 CFM of airflow around the head and offers approximately 8–24 hours of battery life per charge, depending on operating conditions.
