PIP® Class 3 Hi-Viz Flame-Resistant Mesh Vest, 2 Pockets

Ideal for use in work conditions that require Hi-Viz safety apparel be worn with minimal flame retardant qualities. Type R garments provide enhanced visibility for workers who are exposed to highway traffic and working against complex backgrounds durnig daytime and nighttime environments. This includes exposure to vehicles using the highway for purposes of travel, roadway temporary traffic control (TTC) zones or from work vehicles and construction equipment within a roadway temporary traffic control (TTC) zone. These ANSI Type R Class 3 polyester flame resistant mesh safety vests feature FR 2" two-tone reflective tape, 2 internal lower pockets and a hook and loop closure. These vests are made from material that is not inherently flame retardant, but are chemically treated to become flame resistant. They are NOT designed for use in ARC flash or flash fire applications and treatment is good for 25 washings. Available in high-visibility lime yellow and orange.
