Top strap is elastic 1.5 wide x 13 long with hook and loop closure. Bottom strap is nylon webbing 1.5 inch wide x 13 inch long and has plastic buckle with metal button closure. Manufactured with 100% pvc-free materials. Ideal for welding and automotive service.
