These low-profile bump caps from PIP® are designed with a removable HDPE liner to safeguard against accidental bumping or scraping of the head. Trying to get workers to wear head protection can be tough, especially in areas where hard hats are not required. This sporty style baseball bump cap of the HardCap Aerolite™ is sure to increase acceptability and reduce injuries by the wearers. The short brim ultra sleek design means the Hardcap Aerolite™ is almost indistinguishable from a regular baseball cap and the Superior Air Flow Tech Venting keeps wearer cool.

The inner protective HDPE liner is removable, so that the outer cap can be fully washable with a plastic brim. With a unique side size adjuster to give wearer a quick, secure fit and is angled downward to fit under nape of neck. Reflective piping adds extra visibility and safety in all working environments. Antimicrobial Polygiene® coated fabric stays odor free and the water resistant shell prevents staining and discoloration. While holes in the liner match up with two mesh panels on the cap to provide added ventilation for wearers coolness and comfort, it can be worn all day. Short 2" brim.
