The PIP® MK8 Evolution® Type II protective hard hat is the strongest safety helmet on the world! Expanded polystyrene (EPS) impact liner helps absorb the forces of impact. MK8 Evolution® provides protection from SIDE IMPACTS and SIDE PENETRATION to the same level as ANSI Z89.1 Type I testing, with almost 20 times the coverage area. It features high density polyethylene (HDPE) shell, deluxe polyester strap suspension with crown webbing. Wheel ratchet suspension for easy adjustments. Lightweight-only 19 ounces. Universal accessory slots. Ideal for high-risk environments such as construction, mining, oil and gas, demolition, high pressure jetting, energy companies and emergency services. One size fits all.
