SHOWA® glove has achieved the GreenCircle® certification that meet all the necessary qualifications to be certified for biodegradable claims. The ASTM D5526 certification demonstrated that SHOWA® 731 EBT gloves achieved 82% biodegradation in only 386 days, while gloves without EBT achieved only 1.9% biodegradation over the same period of time. EBT offers the solution that makes a difference to the environment, without any compromise on protection and performance for the user. This means the overall performance, protection and durability of the glove stays exactly the same with reduced impact on the environment.

These chemical resistant SHOWA® 731 nitrile gloves protect the hands when working with harmful substances such as solvents and acids and comply with Federal regulations for food contact 21CFR, 177.2600. Features include a soft flock lining, 100% nitrile, extra bisque grip, 13-inch length and 15-mil thickness.
